Tours and events often face tough conditions and tight schedules. Microphone stands get tossed around and aren't treated gently. That's why Gravity's Touring series telescopic boom microphone stands are designed to be extremely sturdy. Crafted from exceptionally strong steel tubing with three folding feet, the base and boom mount are made of indestructible die-cast zinc. The boom has an adjustable range of 51 to 88 cm, and the screw-on counterweight features a specially designed locking nut for microphone clips. The solid metal knobs are unlosable, ensuring the stands can endure the rigors of the road for longer. These stands are also faster to set up and take down, with a quick 3/4 turn of the locking screw snapping the boom into place. Height adjustment is equally easy and rapid, thanks to the easy-grip triangular tightening sleeve.
