Working with a laptop is a fundamental aspect of a DJ's or studio technician's daily routine, which is why the KS RD1 support plate was designed for keyboard stands. This plate keeps your valuable equipment securely in place and prevents it from falling. Like all Gravity® stands and tripods, it boasts an extremely solid and sturdy design that will impress you.
Measuring 100 cm wide and 48 cm deep, this powder-coated support plate provides ample space for almost any setup. Weighing just over 6 kg, it is not only highly stable but can also support up to 60 kg. It's important to note that the X-stand itself can bear the same weight. The Gravity® KS X2, for example, is ideal for this purpose. The vents on the support plate's surface are another thoughtful feature: they help cool laptops or other heat-generating devices. Setting it up is simple: slide the upper bars of the keyboard stand into the slots on the bottom middle of the support plate, then open the X-stand. There’s no need to fasten or screw the support plate in place.
