Adam Audio has finally released a new product line, the successor to the phenomenally successful AX series, after 10 years the range is getting a full design facelift. The A-series takes the AX range to the next level, pushing the boundaries in regard to studio monitor design.
The new range gives a detailed & accurate reproduction of sound with an amazingly transparent high & low end allowing you to really notice those minor tweaks that make up such a large part of the mixing process. There are 4 models that comprise the range, the A4V, A7V, A44H, A77H and A8H. These speakers will cover applications ranging from professional level - home-based studios, broadcasting to post-production & even home entertainment scenarios.
There are a number of innovations to be found in these speakers including; rotatable HPS waveguide technology and DSP-based room correction and added voicings that enable you to tune the speakers for a specific space. They even have upgradable firmware so that the speakers can be updated as future innovations come out, extending the life of the speakers. As per all Adam Audio speakers, they come with an extended five-year warranty to give you that long-term peace of mind.
A4V - Quality Compacted
These ones are intended for smaller spaces with shorter listening distances. The A4V provides a full & accurate sound field in a space-saving & compact way. It’s a two-way speaker that makes use of a 4” long-throw woofer that is comprised of the same Multi-Layer Mineral (MLM) fibers as all the others in this range and the older X-ART tweeters. The built-in DSP allows you to tune the speaker to match your space, with a frequency range of 53 Hz to 50 kHz it can service a variety of uses from podcasting to post-production, djing to producing, and even works within immersive and binaural environments.

A7V - A New Industry Standard
The A7V is going to be your go-to for music production, as its size is going to cater for a good low end whilst retaining that fantastic crispy top end. A44H - High Standards, Low Profile
This option is where the range starts to switch it up a bit. This low-profile option is a great alternative to the A7V that still delivers similar performance characteristics. It has a 19- inch width and is horizontally oriented which means it can sit on a standard rack shelf or be mounted above or below a display. It can also work as a centerpiece to immersive & binaural speaker set-ups. They feature dual 4-inch long-throw low-frequency woofers and the renowned X-ART tweeter delivers a wide frequency range and the DSP again gives your room for tuning options.

This is the replacement for the A77X, it's a true three-way midfield monitor that utilizes all of Adam Audios' secrets to provide a fantastically rich & spacious sound that can really fill a larger studio room.
