Custom Triangle Core Analog Oscillators
The Moog ONE introduces a trio of newly developed triangle core analog VCOs, building on classic oscillator designs. These oscillators allow for shaping and modulation of the triangle wave's rise/fall time and the sawtooth wave's reset phase, unlocking a vast palette of rich analog tones. Features such as hard sync, ring modulation, and FM capabilities further enhance its powerful analog sound generation.
61-Note Fatar Keybed and X/Y Pad
Capture every nuance of your playing style with the 61-note Fatar keybed, which is velocity-sensitive and includes aftertouch. Accompanied by premium milled aluminium pitch and modulation wheels, the keybed ensures maximum expressiveness. The pressure-sensitive X/Y pad is fully assignable, adding natural movement to your sounds and enabling dynamic FX transitions.
Dual Source Noise Generator
The dual-source analog noise generator allows you to select and combine different colours of noise. It includes a dedicated noise envelope generator for articulating further changes, making unique sound creation easier than ever.
Ladder and State Variable Filters
The Moog ONE features two independent analog filters: a newly-designed multimode State Variable Filter and the classic Moog Ladder filter. These filters can be used separately or combined, allowing for both serial and parallel processing to create a wide range of classic and contemporary filter sounds.
Envelopes and Modulation
Shape your sound with precision using DAHDSR envelopes, which include Delay, Attack, Hold, Decay, Sustain, and Release parameters. Utilize four LFOs and three EGs for quick modulations, or dive deeper with the internal Modulation Matrix, offering visual indication of synth and controller component combinations. Each timbre also includes a sequencer and arpeggiator for creating intricate rhythms and patterns.
Studio-Grade Effects Including Eventide Reverbs
The Moog ONE offers a comprehensive suite of programmable effects, including chorus, delay, phase, bit reduction, vocoding, and premium Eventide reverbs like Blackhole, Shimmer, Plate, Room, and Hall. Effects can be applied as Synth Effects to individual sounds or as Master Bus Effects across all three synthesisers.
Analog and Digital Connectivity
The Moog ONE’s rear panel provides extensive analog and digital connectivity options. MIDI connectivity is available via 5-pin DIN and USB, allowing integration with your DAW and other music software. A LAN connection supports network synthesis. For analog connections, there are assignable stereo audio outputs, four assignable inserts, and two external audio inputs supporting XLR and ¼” inputs. Unique additions include nine configurable CV inputs and outputs, plus expression and sustain pedal inputs.
