The Concorde ELITE showcases a specially molded stylus body with real gold plating, adding a touch of luxury to the renowned Concorde design. Within the gold casing resides a Nude Elliptical diamond mounted on a rigid aluminum cantilever. This Nude Elliptical diamond stylus, typically employed in HiFi cartridges, produces an incredibly powerful and detailed sound that provides a remarkable sense of live performance. The use of a Nude Elliptical diamond reduces moving mass, guaranteeing improved and detailed sound quality. The slim profile of the Nude Elliptical diamond enables precise tracking of groove oscillations, extracting intricate details and faithfully reproducing even the highest frequency information.
Note: The Nude Elliptical stylus is intended for listening purposes and is not suitable for heavy back-cueing and scratching.
Elite x 2: The Cantilever and Coil System
The cantilever plays a crucial role in striking the perfect balance between lightweight design and high strength, requiring ingenious engineering and material selection.
The Concorde ELITE incorporates a Rigid 750 µm Aluminum-Magnesium cantilever, exclusively developed for this cartridge. It ensures stable and accurate tracing performance, allowing the stylus to effectively pick up groove vibrations and establish an optimal interface between the stylus and armature.
Within the armature, you'll find a specially designed Coil System that translates the diamond's movements into an optimized output. This unique Coil System empowers the ELITE to deliver a powerful, full-bodied sound of exceptional quality and high output.
Rubber Suspension
To achieve superior tracking performance, a new Rubber Suspension has been meticulously developed. The rubber compound formula used in the Concorde ELITE is unique, tailored specifically to attain extraordinary cartridge performance.
