The RCF SUB 702-AS MK3 boasts a robust 12-inch woofer and a bass reflex housing that delivers punchy, extended bass. Its formidable 1400 W Class D amplifier provides substantial power, achieving a maximum SPL of 129 dB. To ensure consistent performance and prevent clipping, it features internal protection mechanisms, including thermal and RMS limiting, along with a soft audio limiter.
Equipped with an onboard stereo crossover featuring switchable frequencies, the SUB 702-AS MK3 allows precise integration with any sound system, providing a wider audio image. For enhanced sound control, it offers adjustable volume, EQ, and phase controls, along with RCF's Bass Motion Control excursion management system, maintaining a linear response and preventing excessive woofer motion.
Designed for versatility, this subwoofer is an ideal match for a pair of full-range PA speakers, thanks to its stereo inputs and link/crossover outputs. With adjustable crossover frequency and a polarity switch, users can achieve a cardioid response with multiple units or tailor the subwoofer to any speaker.
