ICOA PRO 12 A: Precision, Power, and Versatility in One Compact Package
The ICOA PRO 12 A blends the precise sound reproduction of a true coaxial system with the flexibility of a compact 12 loudspeaker. Designed for professional full-range performance, it’s rugged, adaptable, and ideal for everything from club gigs and live shows to fixed installations.
At its core is a specially developed 12 woofer with a 3 voice coil, paired with a 3 titanium tweeter in a coaxial configuration. This point-source design ensures exceptional phase coherence and time alignment, delivering a natural, highly detailed sound image.
A rotatable, BEM-optimized horn precisely directs sound and provides horn loading for both woofer and tweeter. This dual horn-loading approach improves efficiency deep into the midrange (around 600 Hz), making it an excellent performer in acoustically challenging spaces by focusing sound exactly where it’s needed.
Flow-optimized bass reflex ports extend the low end down to 53 Hz, providing rich, full-range audio. The Class D amplifier supplies up to 1000 W RMS (2000 W peak) and reaches a maximum SPL of 133 dB, offering plenty of headroom for dynamic, distortion-free playback.
With SysCore® DSP onboard, the speaker benefits from FIR/IIR filters, intelligent limiters, and advanced processing for crystal-clear sound and safe operation—even at peak levels. Fine-tune your setup using the 4-band parametric EQs, delay function, and four versatile presets, including one tailored for low-latency monitoring.
Connectivity includes two line/mic input channels and an XLR mix output, supporting a wide range of signal sources and easy daisy-chaining.
Control is intuitive via a color display with one-knob navigation or wirelessly through the ICOA PRO app (iOS/Android). Configure multiple speakers, stream music directly via Bluetooth 5.1 with TWS, and build stereo systems (up to two tops and four subs) in just a few taps. A front-facing status LED clearly indicates active limiter protection and simplifies setup identification.
The tough ABS housing with internal steel bracing and sturdy front grille ensure durability, while its 50° tilt angle makes it perfect for use as a stage monitor. Four ergonomic handles provide easy transport and handling.
For pole mounting, users can choose between 0° and 5° tilt angles, and the speaker can be mounted vertically or horizontally thanks to the rotatable horn and flexible mounting options, including 6 × M10 fly points and the EasyMount truss system.
Whether used in live setups, clubs, or permanent installations, the ICOA PRO 12 A delivers outstanding performance and adaptability in a compact footprint.
Optional padded, water-resistant protective covers with integrated storage compartments are available for secure transport and added convenience on the go.
