The mixer's first two channels function as channel strips, accommodating microphones, high-impedance instruments like guitars or basses, or line-level sources. Further sound customisation is facilitated by a 2-band EQ for bass and treble, along with adjustable reverb featuring three presets (small, large, plate). Channels 3 and 4 are tailored for stereo line inputs, suitable for keyboards, synthesisers, drum machines, or electronic drum kits.
Expanding your performance setup is seamless with the DAVE 18 G4X, thanks to its digital SPDIF stereo input and Bluetooth connectivity. Utilise a media player, computer, or smartphone to play and control backing tracks, sound effects, or music during breaks. Channels 5 and 6 offer additional versatility, accommodating a karaoke system or connecting a TV device for an immersive audio experience.
The DAVE 18 G4X delivers impressive sound quality, courtesy of its comprehensive redesign and development. New compression drivers and waveguides ensure homogeneous and directional dispersion, while FIR filters and advanced DSP technology provide transparent, colourless sound, elevating the DAVE Series to new heights. The subwoofer features a larger voice coil and optimised bass reflex system, minimising air flow noise.
Designed for flexible use, the DAVE 18 G4X offers selectable mode presets for classic stereo setups or configurations with two closely spaced satellites mounted on a T-stand above the subwoofer. Whether in stereo mode or Cluster Mode, this system delivers exceptional sound quality, ensuring interference-free coupling and reproduction of the stereo signal for enhanced headroom and directivity.
